Quick bugfix


Following the feedback, I've implemented a quick bug fix:

- Tweaked the rope. It should now work with moving platforms, vanishing platforms, and crumbling blocks. It still can get wonky if you try some crazy swinging, but since the game is not about realistic rope physics, I consider it good enough for now.

- Added missing hurtbox to one of the spikes.

- Removed doubled monsters from one of the locations.
